We’re looking for a creative Marketing Manager, Social Media & Digital Programs to join our team at Sema4.ai. Social media and digital marketing is your jam. You’ll bring your strong marketing, writing, and communications background to develop and execute a social media strategy that drives Sema4.ai’s brand presence, growing our visibility and engagement in digital and social spaces.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategy that aligns with our corporate goals and enhances Sema4.ai brand awareness across multiple platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, X, and YouTube)
- Manage and lead organic social media initiatives and campaigns to grow engagement, followers, and content performance.
- Understand our story, products, technology, and market to build compelling social content and copy. Create and post engaging content across social channels. Suggest supporting visual concepts for creative design to execute.
- Identify emerging channel trends, partnering with creative, paid media, demand, and Web marketing as well as external agencies to define, test, and execute on new programs and opportunities.
- Manage and monitor online conversations.
- Analyze and report on performance of campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of social media best practices, performance metrics, data analysis, and tools.
- Create and maintain a detailed social calendar (daily, weekly) and cadence for posting across multiple social channels. Collaborate with other leaders (eg Web, PR, Demand) to craft the shared marketing editorial calendar.
- Coach senior employees and leadership on social media best practices, sharing learnings and recommendations.
- Support demand programs as needed, including LI Live and webinar programs.
Qualifications
- At least three years experience in social media and digital marketing
- Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills
- Knowledge of social, employee advocacy, video & online event platforms
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and agencies
- Background in data / AI, B2B preferred
